Crudite of cabbages, asparagus, apples and carrots served with fresh horseradish sauce and orange mayonnaise
Grilled and baked apples with cranberry relish
Smoked salmon with ginger lime glaze on puff pastry
Crostini with sweet onion relish and goat cheese
Hickory grilled chicken on skewer with mango coulis

This feels like a bit of a retrospective since there will be over 35 works of art on display. A good many have been generously loaned by clients and there will be others for sale.
